“simple interface, occasional lag”
Pros
Right away the user interface feels like one of the strongest points of this software. It's very easy and accessible so there's really no need for special training or extra sessions to figure it out. Using it feels almost as simple and familiar as navigating a mobile app.
Cons
At the same time performance can dip when several of its features are being used together. The interface tends to freeze briefly and then refresh after about 8 to 10 seconds so you have to be a bit cautious about clicking too much while working.

“accessible and trouble free”
Pros
From the start the UI felt more accessible than I expected. Using the tool is as simple as handling a phone so it really doesn't require any training and it also integrates well with Crystal Reports.
Cons
For now I honestly don't have anything negative to say about this product.
