Across our business, Colen Built has used NEWSTAR's software suite to simplify workflows, improve how we understand and respond to customers and bring our operations up to date. Constellation provides a broad set of products that supports the full end-to-end needs of a homebuilder. The NEWSTAR implementation is structured and well managed and setting up additional integrations is fairly simple.
Cons
A few parts of the interface feel a bit outdated though functionality matters more to us than appearance. Since NEWSTAR is such a large and comprehensive system, it can also take new employees some time to get comfortable with it.
