Handling policies works smoothly and the system also manages certificates effectively which I personally find reliable in daily use.
Cons
Commission update process can be a bit frustrating, although that may have more to do with how our company operates than with the software itself.

Pros
For new employees especially, the Actions feature has proven very user-friendly, making learning easier and helping them get comfortable with the system quickly which I have observed during onboarding.
Cons
Accounting side feels a bit old-school so I'm glad to hear an update is on the way. We also haven't been able to fully integrate Outlook since we depend a lot on distribution list emails so improvements there would be really helpful.

Whenever support is needed, it is easy to get in touch with someone for help which I personally appreciate during urgent situations.
Cons
There are times when the updates feel overwhelming. One thing gets fixed, then something else stops working. It ends up being a constant cycle of learning, searching and relearning.
