Pros

Working with their team has been a really positive experience for me, as they're always willing to listen to new ideas and remain open to feedback.

Cons

Our company works with a lot of healthcare clients so I do wish the platform were a bit more user-friendly for that side of the business.

Pros

It lets me document every detail which makes it really useful for me when I need to go back later and review everything.

Cons

At times, dragging emails into an activity doesn't work so I end up printing them as PDFs and attaching them that way.

Pros

The focus on continuously improving the user experience is clearly visible and it reflects a strong intent to stay ahead of the competition while constantly enhancing the platform which I can clearly see in ongoing updates.

Cons

One downside is that some ticket issues can take a while to get addressed.

Pros

Handling policies works smoothly and the system also manages certificates effectively which I personally find reliable in daily use.

Cons

Commission update process can be a bit frustrating, although that may have more to do with how our company operates than with the software itself.

user-friendly actions for new hires

Pros

For new employees especially, the Actions feature has proven very user-friendly, making learning easier and helping them get comfortable with the system quickly which I have observed during onboarding.

Cons

Accounting side feels a bit old-school so I'm glad to hear an update is on the way. We also haven't been able to fully integrate Outlook since we depend a lot on distribution list emails so improvements there would be really helpful.

Pros

Whenever support is needed, it is easy to get in touch with someone for help which I personally appreciate during urgent situations.

Cons

There are times when the updates feel overwhelming. One thing gets fixed, then something else stops working. It ends up being a constant cycle of learning, searching and relearning.

From my perspective, it is a great CRM and the company continues to update it regularly which I have noticed through frequent enhancements.

Cons

Document transfers to the client and retail portal are very slow.
