Coming from a third-generation agency that's been around since 1975, bringing in change wasn't exactly simple especially with other owners and the older generation in the office. Even so, I've found this to be such a valuable addition for us. It has made a real difference in how we work day to day and I've found the automation templates particularly helpful in reducing our workload and improving our overall workflow.
Cons
One ongoing difficulty and I'm not completely sure it's entirely an issue with the platform itself, is how Trucking account submissions are handled. Once a renewal submission has been downloaded, any later change creates a brand-new renewal submission. Because trucking accounts tend to change often, we can end up with 70 submissions tied to a single renewal. At that point, we have to manually move every one of them into history which takes a lot of time.

They keep revising and upgrading the entire package which I really appreciate because it stays current with the times.
Cons
Usually, I don't even realize something bothered me until they change it, like reducing the number of clicks needed to finish a task and then it becomes obvious what I had been putting up with.

Pros
Switching between accounts is pretty easy for me which makes day-to-day work more convenient. I also really appreciate the recent update that lets you minimize actions because it's very common to lose progress when a call comes in. On top of that, I've found customer support responds quickly whenever help is needed.
Cons
My main issue is that the software tends to freeze. When generating LPRs, it automatically changes the producer to the assigned account manager instead of using the producer listed in Client Assignments so we have to manually correct that information every time. Emails from Outlook also do not always populate automatically which can be frustrating and inconvenient.

Pros
Nearly every task can be handled in multiple ways which gives me a lot of flexibility. It really feels like there are several different ways to accomplish the same thing depending on how you prefer to work.
Cons
One issue I've noticed is that when a policy is paid directly on the insurance company's website for a personal lines admitted carrier, the system still keeps sending out renewal reminders.

Cons

Having all of our documents processed and stored in one place has been really helpful for us and I've seen a big improvement in day-to-day efficiency because of it. The Ivans integration for commission downloads has also made a big difference and saves us dozens of hours every month on processing. I'm also looking forward to where the product goes next especially with the accounting side because I feel there's a lot of potential for useful improvements that could make that part of the platform more user-friendly.
Cons
The way actions are handled isn't my favorite. I wish the process felt cleaner and more aligned. At times there are just too many actions tied to a file which makes it difficult to quickly locate what you're actually trying to find.

For me, having everything in one place has made a huge difference for our team. After speaking with other agencies, I can clearly see our workflows are much more aligned because of this platform and I genuinely find myself more engaged using it thanks to the steady updates and new releases.
Cons
Proposal building has consistently been one of the harder parts for our team. It was originally configured for us years ago and since then, making changes to the formatting has often been pretty difficult. That said spending time working with Robin has really helped and we've been able to make meaningful improvements. One thing I still wish was better is the connection between deliveries and Outlook. When I reply to a delivery and accept or reject it in the system, I'd love for it to automatically disappear from my Outlook inbox too. A lot of the improvements covered in this webinar are clearly tackling many of the everyday issues we run into with the platform.

Right from the client file's main page, I get a really useful congreatated overview. I can quickly check how many actions are still open, see the number of policies and what they are, look at the most recent attachments on the file and catch any alerts another user has set for it. The screens are clear, easy and simple to move through. I've found switching to Next Year has absolutely been worth it for us.
Cons
A few of the views still haven't been refreshed with a more modern interface yet. That said they are actively being updated and every update so far has been fantastic.

Its adaptability has been the biggest advantage for us and I've seen how it supports the whole company in handling everything from insurance requirements to accounting work in an effective and efficient way. The recent updates and improvements have made it perform even better overall and I've noticed that being able to cross-reference information between producers, CSRs and the accounting team creates a convenient handoff that makes client accounts much easier for everyone to understand.
Cons
One area that still needs work is customization for different users based on their specific needs. That said with some of the current and upcoming upgrades, I'm hopeful this will be improved to better fit each user.

Cons
