Pros

We appreciate the enhanced visibility into job costing and how simple it is to process payables. The reconciliation process is faster and inventory along with key financial metrics is much easier to track. The user interface is clean and flexible, with most applications being customizable to fit a unique business model. This makes the overall experience adaptive andeasy navigation is seen as a major plus.

Cons

Implementing changes or enhancements can be timely. We could also use the creation of dashboards to call out incorrect entries instead of finding them manually. Automated payables and better imports for applications like Purchase orders and invoices would be beneficial. The system should be more configured for final implementation to use it to its fullest potential. Bi-yearly business reviews could help ensure we're using the platform effectively.
