“Clean workflow support”

Pros

From day one I find Nilus pretty easy to use, with a clean interface and an overall user-friendly experience. Plus it fits well into our team's day to day work especially for prior-day cash reporting and forecasting, so it has become a useful part of how we manage operations. On top of that the customer support team has stayed responsive whenever we've shared feedback or had questions.

At this point our overall experience has been positive.

“Cash visibility that delivers”

Pros

Switching to Nilus has made forecasting much more user-friendly especially when it comes to entering forecasts compared with our previous Treasury Workstation. Also the platform gives us clear visibility into projected cash flows which helps a lot with understanding both our current liquidity position and what's coming ahead. And it's been very useful for reviewing prior-day cash balances and activity across all of our banks. On top of that the customer support team has been very responsive whenever questions come up while we're still getting familiar with the system.

Cons

We have run into connectivity issues and that can make it harder to review uncategorized transactions and balances. That said the team has treated the issue seriously and has been actively working toward a fix. Problems can happen with any system but we do appreciate their focus and commitment to resolving it permanently.

Nilus has offered a very easy to use platform that makes our processes simpler and helps us save a lot of valuable time.

Cons

Up to this point our experience with it has been entirely positive.

“clean design with fast onboarding”

Pros

This software is a real win for our team. The platform stood out right away because of how simple and well designed it is. The interface is very user friendly so there was no big learning curve and everyone got comfortable with it almost immediately. One of the biggest highlights was how fast and easy the onboarding process was. We set everything up quickly and started seeing value in no time. The guidance is clear, the workflows are easy to use and the smart defaults make the whole experience feel smooth and low-stress. Everything about it is organized and efficient which saves us time and lets us focus on the work that really matters. It's not often you find a tool that feels this capable while still being so simple to adopt but it really gets that balance right.

Cons

The only thing we'd love to have over time is more customization options and we're looking forward to seeing how it continues to develop.

“Cash visibility finally centralized”

Pros

Getting a real control on our cash became much easier once we started using Nilus. We work with multiple banks across different countries and before this, having real-time visibility and managing cash flow was incredibly difficult. Plus it brings everything together in one place, so we can monitor balances live, easily reconcile AR and save a huge amount of time thanks to automating the entire cash management process.

Cons

Connecting all of our different banks at the beginning did take a while and a lot of that depended on how responsive each bank was. But the good thing is that the team was there throughout the setup and helped us through every step which made the whole process much more manageable.

Whenever something comes up, the support is quick to respond and there's a large team available to help on the professional side.

Cons

I'd still like to see more accounting insights tied to the technical actions.

“A cash flow analytics powerhouse”

Pros

Working in FP&A, I rely on Nilus every day to pull together and organize my company's cash flow across more than 20 bank accounts in two different countries. Also the platform is incredibly simple to use which lets me spend far less time on manual work and much more time on strategic analysis. Plus the team keeps adding new features and the AI additions have brought some really useful functions. Their customer support is also top-notch. At this point it's hard to imagine doing my job without it.

Cons

The only thing I'd really like to see is an Excel integration although I have been told that's already on the way.

Working with Nilus has made cash management feel much easier and more organized. The platform is user-friendly and it really helps simplify and organize the whole process. Plus with its tools for tracking, forecasting and controlling cash flow, handling daily financial operations becomes much more manageable. On top of that the support team is responsive, knowledgeable and always ready to help which makes the overall experience feel reliable and well supported.

Cons

Implementation can take some time and effort in certain situations but in my opinion the outcome makes that investment worthwhile.

“Faster close with accurate automation”

Pros

Nilus has been a huge win for our team in several ways. First it removes a lot of manual work by cutting down repetitive billing and accounting tasks which gives people more time to focus on higher-value strategic work. It also handles payment to invoice reconciliation very quickly and delivers over 96% accuracy, so we get both reliability and visibility in the process. Another big plus is how well it connects with banks and ERPs like NetSuite and the setup felt very smooth. The dashboards, reporting and overall interface are clear and easy to use which makes it easier for both team members and managers to use the data for better decisions. On top of that it has improved collaboration across billing, collections, accounting and sales and it has shortened our month-end close thanks to automation and accuracy. Customer support is also outstanding. I feel like it is easily among the best in the industry. They are always available, responsive and actually helpful when it comes to solving problems.

Cons

To be honest I haven't run into any downsides.

Having real-time, centralized visibility across all of our accounts has made a big difference especially when it comes to making faster and better-informed cash decisions. On top of that the onboarding process was hassle free and their customer support team has been consistently responsive whenever needed.
