Pros
Getting started with it is very simple, almost like working in a locked-down version of Excel. The printable formats and reporting options are a really strong plus.
Cons
Customization is basically nonexistent. The calculation functions are limited and there are only so many levels you can drill down into. Still, overall it's good.
