Pros
Across our whole company, this has helped us handle several operational areas really well, including Operations, Sales and HR. Customer service has been excellent and I appreciate how open the team is to adding features that fit our company's needs. Getting everything set up in the beginning was also very simple for my team.
Cons
Since it's still fairly new, not every feature works perfectly all the time but the team is responsive and genuinely willing to fix issues and keep improving the product.
