Pros
The reporting is incredibly powerful and highly configurable which makes a big difference day to day. Document processing and customization work really well and the whole system is very adaptable to different needs.
Cons
Recon VAT doesn't always balance which can be frustrating. They also don't keep backups so if you need an older version reinstalled, it may not be available. Bulk purchasing can get expensive too, plus there is no option to buy outright like some other brands offer and the stock module can be a bit tricky to understand at times.
