“Super fast legal search”
Pros
Boolean searches across emails and documents in our DM system are incredibly fast! Even really specific requests like tracking down an email from someone named Smith in 2009 about a mortgage return results quickly. Being able to preview the document and open it directly from within Decisiv is also a huge plus.
Cons
I'm really frustrated with the softwares native search. They brought in an entirely separate product for it and then still charge us extra.
