Getting the software up and running is fairly easy and it offers end to end functions that cover the client's needs very well.

They need to allocate more resources to support this service.

One thing I appreciate is that the information provided is useful although the pages could be more accessible and better organized.

Graphics need improvement and the integration between pages is not as good as it should be.

It covers the core processes really well including P2P, O2C, supplier registration, approvals and similar workflows.

A downside is that the performance can slow down when the transaction volume gets very high.

A top class tool for distribution planning!! It lets you respond quickly when demand changes which helps reduce excess stock and inventory storage while improving manufacturing efficiency.

One drawback is that there isn't a easy way to generate reports using third party reporting tools.

Deployment is quick and the platform feels secure, flexible and safe to use.

Some areas have limited functions and the front end UI for install base could be better.

The standout for me is the security and overall performance. Both are really strong and make the product reliable to work with.

Like any software there's still room to improve. It could use some added functions to better support different kinds of businesses and their specific needs.

Personally noticed that the software works well for procurement, inventory and WMS functions.

Order management isn't as strong as the other modules and feels less capable by comparison.
