value-packed with strong support

Pros

Considering the price, it delivers strong value. The customer support team is dedicated, the system is user-friendly and the integration works smoothly. Having multi-company access is also a big plus.

Cons

There are still some issues that stay unresolved for too long andcertain problems keep coming back. Enhancements also take a long time to arrive anda lot of the fixes feel manual instead of being addressed with permanent solutions.

clean dashboard

Pros

The platform feels user-friendly overall and the dashboard is nicely laid out. It covers payroll, employee management, accounting andtax tasks well and the functionality is clear and simple to follow.

Cons

Getting everything set up takes quite a while. It also needs more automation and AI features and it falls short when it comes to governance, localization andhaving proper template and reporting builders.

Supportive team and simple setup

Pros

Using it feels simple and the support team is very helpful. They really understand your ideas and turn them into reality that makes working with them much more convenient.

Cons

One issue is that the main point of contact keeps changing over time so you end up having to reach out to several people before finally getting to the right person.

Had a good experience

Pros

The eTendering module has definitely been worth the money. It's an excellent module, matches our needs well andmakes the tendering process much simpler for our team.

Cons

The Budget module is where we see room for improvement. We haven't used every ETP module but compared to what we already have, our current Budget module is better than yours.

Pros

It helped the Finance Department manage day-to-day transactions, including preparing invoices, processing payments andhandling receipts.

Cons

On the downside, budget control and reporting have been problematic. We keep running into repeated issues andresolving them often takes too long. Some problems have been left pending for a long time and there are also issues related to asset capitalization.

Great reporting

Pros

Bringing finance, procurement andoperations together has been a real advantage specially with the clear approval workflows and centralized data. It has made reporting more reliable and helps with faster, better-informed decision-making across the business.

Cons

A few areas in OSOS ERP are not particularly user-friendly andany changes or customizations tend to require more time and effort than expected. Some processes also feel slower than they should that can affect users at times and means extra help from IT is often needed.
