Easy access and customizable dashboard

Pros

I genuinely enjoy using Paragon's ERP! The web-based portal makes it accessible from anywhere, and the dashboard displays all key information, which I can even customize to fit my needs. Setting up access for teammates is simple, and everyone adapted to it quickly. Generating reports only takes a few clicks, which makes preparing for monthly meetings more efficient.

Cons

I am really pleased with everything about this ERP. While perfection may not exist, Paragon certainly comes close!

User-friendly interface

Pros

I appreciate the user interface, especially the layout of forms, as well as how easy it is to use. The immediate access to the free trial is also a nice touch.

Cons

One suggestion I have is that the demo trial environment should have more in-product guidance, such as tutorials, videos, or support, to make it more process-oriented.

Real-Time Inventory

Pros

I like that it supports JIT inventory updates and management and provides product profitability reports.

Cons

Like with any new software, it takes some time to get familiar with the menu and layout.

Perfect fit for small business

Pros

After setting up my company, the customer support team did a fantastic job helping me establish my customer and vendor information. As a small business owner, I needed something simple and quick to set up. They guided me through an easy setup that got my data loaded into Paragon so I could start working. I highly recommend it for inventory management, regardless of size. Even with just a few product lines, it fits my needs perfectly.

Cons

The platform is mostly easy and I quickly figured out where to go. I did need a bit of support during setup, but once I got started, it was easy to use.

Outstanding support and easy setup

Pros

The support team has been excellent and is accessible directly within the software. Setting it up was quick, only requiring a few clicks. Syncing to QuickBooks was also very fast, which I found helpful. There are many features that my business could potentially use as we grow. For now, we are only using a small portion but the scalability is impressive.

Cons

I do not have many cons, though I really wish there were an integration with Shopify.

Easy to use for novice users

Pros

I love how easy it is to pick up and use. It is simple to train others on as well. I like that they are consistently improving the system with new features that make my work easier. I also like that they are partnering with other technology companies, like 2Ship, to streamline processes for my team.

Cons

Our implementation took longer than expected. However, given our business's complexity and our need to restructure data, Paragon helped us reshape everything to be more user-friendly. Now we are much better prepared for the future.

Time-Saving bulk uploads & flexible

Pros

Paragon allows for bulk uploads, which is very time-saving compared to entering data one at a time. The user interface has a polished look with a calming color scheme, making it comfortable to use. It is simple enough that anyone can use it. The flexibility to create custom modules with unlimited attributes allows us to enter detailed data. Their AG grid system is particularly impressive. The reporting capabilities, especially transaction logs, are very useful. Also, their support team is highly professional and the project manager overseeing our migration has been thorough and optimistic.

Cons

We are using Jas, Jonar's earlier ERP system before Paragon. The team has been customizing the system to fit our business model, and they are doing a fantastic job.

Top-Tier ERP solution

Pros

It has a user-friendly design with an appealing interface. All necessary features were either already available or were added quickly, and new updates roll out twice a month. The value we receive, especially with current pricing, is outstanding.

Cons

No complaints so far, everything has been spot on.

Paragon: The ideal ERP platform exceeding expectations

Pros

The powerful rules engine makes task automation easy. The software is clearly designed with mobile compatibility in mind, allowing us to use it on any platform, anywhere, at any time, which encourages flexibility. The Jonar team is both passionate and approachable, providing a personalized experience backed by amazing engineering and support resources. The live BI reporting and data exploration tools are both insightful and adaptable and the price is reasonable.

Cons

The "neon" icons on the right panel and the color-coding in the action pane do not quite fit with the rest of the design for me.

Pros

Fantastic UX!

Pros

Paragon's simplicity and uniform design, along with the ability to add custom attributes for our business taxonomy, are very useful. The cloud-based setup is a great advantage, minimizing the need for internal IT and heavy infrastructure.

Cons

Being cloud-based means it is slightly slower than a local system might be, though it is only a minor issue.

A perfect blend of flexibility and user experience

Pros

The system has an impressive look and is very easy to use. Its configuration options meet nearly all of my requirement without custom coding, and it has excellent data import capabilities.

Cons

There are still a few features I would like to see added, but I know these are in development or planned soon. Having followed Paragon's progress over the last two years, I am confident Jonar will deliver on their promises.

Designed for small business success

Pros

We needed a system that was easy to help us start managing our purchasing and supply chain, something more advanced than Excel yet flexible enough to grow with our business. Knowing the high costs and failure risks associated with ERP, we had low expectations.
