“Professional account managers”
Pros
Our experience with it has been excellent. The account managers are very professional, the system is fully integrated and built with up-to-date technology and their responsiveness really stands out. Most of the feature requests we submit get implemented within a short time which has been very valuable for us.
Cons
The only thing I would like to see added is a library service module so we could manage students' books in the same place where we handle all other student activities.

“Lets me edit emails”
Pros
I really appreciate being able to edit emails and documents while doing a merge. The software handles every part of the school management system and when something is updated in one place, the change carries through everywhere else which saves a lot of time. Having a dedicated Account Manager who really understands our setup has also been a big plus and ours has even been available after hours when we needed support. Our finance team especially values the automation for enrollment contracts and email reminders. The free unlimited training has also been a huge benefit for our staff.
Cons
Support tickets can take a little longer to get answered so it usually works better to call the support line directly instead.

“Reliable for school operations”
Pros
Our school relies on the Content Management System, Admissions and Administration modules and the biggest value for us is being able to handle key tasks with complete confidence that everything will be finished on time and without any errors. We trust PCR every step of the way, from online inquiries and student enrollment to online course selection, timetable creation, attendance tracking, parent-teacher conferences, building our own custom reports from DMT, entering grades, posting report cards, sending TRAX reports to the Ministry of Education and much more.
Cons
Honestly there is very little about this software that I dislike but it would be helpful if we could rename or customize certain data fields for our school's specific use.

“well integrated system”
Pros
Having everything connected from the first inquiry all the way through billing and fundraising has been a huge advantage. If something gets updated in one department, that change follows through everywhere it needs to which means no duplicate data entry at all. The pricing is also refreshing: one annual cost, no surprise add-on fees and unlimited users included. Reporting is another big plus since reports can be fully customized using the current database information. The forms and contracts are customizable too which makes the system even more flexible. It's user-friendly, the customer support team is fantastic and consistently responsive and the communication tools work really well for teachers, parents and administrators. Scheduling is simple and the Development and Advancement tools are extremely strong.
Cons
The finance module is solid overall but it still feels like it's being refined and isn't fully complete yet. Also, even though it's possible to build just about any report you want, I'd appreciate having more commonly used standard reports already set up in the system.

“Powerful web-based admissions platform”
Pros
Running entirely in the browser is a huge plus. There are no desktop programs to install and no VPN setup to deal with so all you really need is a web browser. It lets non-developers build practical online forms for admissions, registration and just about any other workflow you want to move online. The reporting capabilities are extremely advanced and you can pull data in almost any combination you need. It also connects with online payment gateways. The finance module is packed with features, making it possible to manage tuition invoices and payments while giving accounting teams the tools to create complex reports for their specific requirements through strong data-mining functionality. On top of that, the support team is consistently helpful and quick to escalate technical questions whenever necessary.
Cons
Because the system is so flexible and packed with functionality, it does come with a learning curve. That said if you put in the time to go through the documentation, work with your account representative and support team and set it up properly, the end result can be very satisfying for both staff and customers.
