“clear dashboards and useful filters”
Pros
Interface looks polished and is quite simple to work with. Everything feels clear and we can filter by nearly every category we need. Even though we also rely on Google Sheets and other ATS tools, we still send our data into this platform because the dashboard gives us a much better overall view.
Cons
It does take some time to get comfortable with it and there's definitely a learning curve at the beginning.
