Pros

Being able to search any company and instantly access their full purchase history has been very useful and I personally use it to quickly verify past transactions without delay.

Creating reports could be better and having to click through so many tabs makes that part of the workflow less convenient.

This software package, along with the PLUS add-on modules, has helped keep the company competitive in a changing market and I have personally seen how it supports fast and efficient customer handling. Working in wholesale produce, I deal with a diverse customer base and I use the system to manage special requests effectively. Since joining as IT Director in 2004, I have relied on strong training support to build my understanding which helped me expand its integration across the business. I have consistently found its flexibility to be one of its biggest strengths, as I have never been told that something cannot be done. During upgrades and changes, I have personally experienced strong hands-on support from their team, both remotely and on-site. I also see their ongoing commitment to staying ahead of industry changes while keeping users informed and involved in product direction.

Pros

Running a wholesale produce and tomato repacking operation required more than basic tools and I personally saw the need for a better system after evaluating alternatives carefully. When we first selected it in 1993 and again reviewed options in 2008, I was part of the process that confirmed it met all critical requirements unanimously. Since then, I have continued to see its value through upgrades and compliance work, including PTI and GTIN labeling, where I personally experienced smooth integration with vendors. On the production floor, I have observed improved efficiency while maintaining full traceability.
