Pros
Whenever a software issue comes up the team is very helpful and works with you to find a solution. The software has improved a lot over the years and most problems are usually handled quickly.
Cons
Pricing can sometimes feel expensive particularly when bespoke solutions are needed. There have also been occasions when support was delayed.

Pros
The support team consistently goes above and beyond and the flexibility to connect with third party systems is a big plus. It has definitely helped improve efficiency.
Cons
The account managers feel more like sales reps than actual support contacts and they don't seem to have the authority to help with what's really needed. The people who can actually assist are often hard to reach. On top of that the add on packages are expensive and haven't matched what was originally promised during the sales process.

Pros
One thing I've appreciated is the function along with the fact that the platform keeps being improved over time. That gave me confidence and made me genuinely interested in what's coming next. It also feels like they treat you as a valued customer rather than just another number and having an account manager to talk to has been a real plus.
Cons
A downside was the cost of the add ons especially the warehouse management system. I really wasn't expecting it to be that expensive and I had assumed those kinds of improvements would be included in the existing system rather than being sold separately as very costly add ons at basically the same price as the software itself.

Comes with a good range of features and it's a very solid system overall.
Cons
The drawback is that the software can be inflexible in areas such as Open Banking.

Liked that it was a Windows based ERP and we were originally shown a few specific features that seemed like they would be useful for our business.
Cons
The biggest issue has been the lack of flexibility and very little room to make changes. There also doesn't seem to be much ongoing development and if a module isn't widely used it gets very little attention or improvement. We recently launched a new business using a different ERP that costs $600 per year and actually offers better functions than Profit Plus.

Right from the start the system felt accessible and easy to use. It's also very versatile and customizable so it fits our business needs really well. On top of that the customer support and training have been excellent.

Getting started with the software is easy and the customer support has been solid whenever needed. The account manager has also been excellent and very helpful throughout.
Cons
That said it still runs into a few basic design and process related issues that can cause problems.

Pros
Handling a large product range is exactly where this software shines and honestly it's the best one I've come across and used. The functions are strong while still being easy to work with. I can switch between screens easily and keep as many open as needed which really helps during busy work. The analytics are especially useful because they let you break things down by products, units, percentages, costs and profit. Importing information is also a helpful feature and overall it saves a lot of time which keeps productivity high.
Cons
An area that could be improved is the question mark help button. It needs more detailed guidance for carrying out everyday processes so there's less need to call the help desk for assistance.
