“solid production tracking tools”
Pros
There's a wide range of options in the software for tracking and collecting data which really helps keep production under control. It does what it's supposed to do and gets the job done.
Cons
It could use more flexibility when resizing windows. Order entry scheduling and rescheduling customer deliveries also need improvement and printing reports could be better.

Pros
Getting around the system feels very easy and the customer service team is quick to respond whenever we reach out by phone or email. It also covers a lot so the platform feels very complete overall!
Cons
I'd really like to see it offered as a cloud based solution and a 'click and drag' scheduling feature would make planning much more convenient.
