There's a lot of flexibility in the configuration and it handles most of what we need it to do.
Cons
Getting around the functionality isn't very adaptive. There are too many opportunities to make mistakes and once that happens, fixing them is nearly impossible without paying for support.

Right from the start, this felt like a fully integrated system that lined up well with the different kinds of printing work we handle, including flexo, offset andconverting.
Cons
Where it falls short is in costing. The estimating process is complicated and it doesn't give consistent cost results.

The customization options have been one of the best parts for us and the BI reporting add-on is especially valuable.

The estimating system, at least for labels, has a really poor workflow and tends to be buggy.

“outdated UI needs work”
Pros
It's flexible and practical and it handles almost the full range of activities across the organization.
Cons
Getting used to it takes time and the interface feels pretty dated. It's also hard to access the software when you're outside the company network. A mobile app is really needed so users can log in to our server and check data on the go. Overall, it still comes across as legacy software. EFI should prioritize mobile access, provide a path to move the system to the cloud androll those improvements out along with the much-needed UI updates.

“fantastic reporting and interface”
Pros
Right away, the interface felt clean and the reporting tools were really useful. It works well as accounting software and is simple to use without much hassle.
Cons
Our setup is pretty complex, with multiple companies, plants anddivisions andthat is where the software falls short. It does not offer the level of support or flexibility a growing business like ours needs.

The usability and interface could be better. There are too many different screens to go through to find related items and important information is not very accessible.

Right away, it was clear that it was built specifically for the paperboard manufacturing industry andthat has meant we haven't needed any customization at all.
Cons
Since it's a UK product some of the terminology is different and the standard canned reports all have to be modified.
