Estimating, reverse traceability order maintenance and the planning and scheduling assistant are all really useful features.
Cons
One limitation is that not all module and table fields are available within the same tab.

“EDI integration success”
Pros
Getting both of our EDI implementations working with EFI Radius, inbound and outbound, turned out to be a real success. Since we resell OpenText's ECS/Delta EDI solution, we've been using these tools to give EDI customers the data they need through Radius's automated flat file import and export features, along with direct database access for loading EDI orders into Radius and sending EDI Advance Ship Notifications and invoices back to customers. With the automation in place, customer service should soon be able to use an EDI dashboard to handle exceptions that will let failed transactions recover automatically once they step in. We're also looking forward to bringing in forecasts later so we can make better use of the MRP module.
Cons
It did take some time to fully understand what was included in each module. Once we located the right components though, it started to make sense.

This software is clearly built with the converting industry in mind that makes it a strong match for the way we operate.
Cons
A few things were overlooked during discovery and now have to be revisited. The quality module feels weak and we still cant sync it with Salesforce.

The demo looked convincing that is honestly why I ended up making the mistake of buying the product.
Cons
There's a long list of things I cant stand about this software so it's tough to choose the worst part. If I had to pick, it would be how it feels patched together-like a bunch of add-on apps that barely function as one system, thrown together without much thought for how people actually use the forms. There are 20 different ways to handle the same task andno guidance at all on when or why you should choose one workflow over another.

“Good packaging workflow”
Pros
Packaging tasks are well supported and the modules are simple to understand. I also appreciated the classic layout specially being able to keep multiple modules undocked without the background menu taking over the whole screen.
Cons
It still doesn't cover everything our team needs. Around 80% of the work we have to complete ends up being handled outside the software, usually through Crystal Reports or Excel. The import and export process also feels very dated.

“outdated system with costly upkeep”
Pros
AC4D and PSA both work fairly well when used on their own as standalone software.
Cons
this one feels built on outdated, aging software. It has trouble communicating with other integrations and we run into disconnect issues that can stop production entirely. It also throws unhandled exceptions on a regular basis that leaves admins searching through the limited "community" resources just to find answers. If you go forward with this software, I strongly suggest creating your own internal wiki for problems and fixes because it will save a lot of time. It also does a poor job integrating with its financial component so users end up doing double entry more often than they should. The maintenance fees are extremely overpriced for what the product actually delivers. When someone makes a data entry mistake, correcting it takes far too many steps and backtracking. We've also had to wait weeks for issues to be resolved and the on-site visits are very expensive while still sometimes leaving problems unresolved. This is on-premise software that has to be installed on your own hardware, with no cloud option available. you're stuck covering hidden costs like SQL Server licensing, physical hardware or choosing a cloud hosting vendor yourself along with all the related licensing and fees.

“Has too many steps to learn”
Pros
It works well when everyone who uses the system follows every step exactly the way they should. That can be seen as both a strength and a weakness cause in reality you cannot expect people to handle every single task perfectly every day.
Cons
The complaint I hear most often is about how many steps are involved in completing tasks in it. During training, that makes EFI products feel very overwhelming for a lot of users.

Pros
This tool covers pretty much every part of our printed packaging business. It does not handle every piece perfectly but it is functional and gives us the ability to do a lot within one system.
Cons
This thing feels bulky and awkward, like it was stitched together from several different packages. Because of that, the integration can be unreliable at times and the configuration process is awful.

Pros
I like how it is built specifically for the packaging industry and if you work within the software's built-in limitations, it can still get the job done. It has a focused purpose but integrations with other tools in the industry are fairly limited.
Cons
It feels like very old software and there has been little noticeable improvement from one version to the next. The database is outdated and doesn't follow standard conventions that makes things harder than they should be. The UX/UI is not adaptive at all and there seems to be very little attention given to interface design. Support is also split up in a way that makes cross-suite issues difficult to resolve as not many people seem to understand how multiple parts work together. Installation cant realistically be done without Radius support and there's no modern API available.

One thing it does well is data collection and it ties together most of our departments pretty effectively.
Cons
The interface feels old and dated and it makes both viewing and searching for data harder than it should be. Notes can be added to a record but it is nearly impossible for someone else to actually see them afterward. It is also difficult to let users view records without giving them editing access at the same time. it does not connect with our Prepress department andwhenever a report is open on screen, you cannot do anything else until you close it.

Getting started with the product is fairly simple and it includes several controls tailored to the printing industry that makes it useful for fitting into our processes specially flexo printing and blank label converting.
Cons
Interface feels a bit dated and the user experience could be better. In some modules, the tab order is not very adaptive and there is no drag-and-drop option for reordering columns, for instance.

Right away, the number of fields available in the program stood out in a good way. It helps us stay current when updating the status of jobs that still need to be produced and those already completed across the full production line. It is good when everything is running properly but once there are too many changes in the schedule, it becomes hard to keep things organized and manage efficiently.
Cons
