Pros
Once the EDI integration is fully live after a thorough testing phase, everything runs quietly in the background without issues. Before Resolv, our ecommerce operation involved a lot of manual work but now all of our sales orders, ASNs, invoices and inventory feed documents are automatically created in SAP Business One. Our warehouse team can just handle the orders, print labels and ship merchandise instead of spending time on data entry. The standout benefit though, is the customer support. I usually send an email and get a response within minutes and they typically resolve the issue very quickly.
Cons
Resolv's EDI solutions are customized for each business partner and that level of tailoring can make the process expensive.

“accurate fleet and asset tracking”
Pros
Being able to accurately track our rental fleet, inventory and fixed assets has made a big difference for us. On top of that, we created a custom application that generates a service work order whenever tools are returned from a rental and that has helped boost our productivity.
Cons
There really is not much negative to mention since the solution fits our business very well and performs as expected.

“Complete supply chain coverage”
Pros
It does an excellent job covering the full supply chain and distribution process. It handles warehouse management order-to-cash, container management and inventory planning all in one place which makes it very useful for managing daily operations.
Cons
One area where it falls short is transport management and quality control. Compared with other supply chain software, the functionality in these areas is not as strong or as developed.
