“very user-friendly and customizable”

Pros

It's a very user-friendly platform for me, with icons that are simple to recognize, a pleasing color scheme and plenty of customization so I can tailor it to whatever my district needs to accomplish.

Cons

Because the system has so much depth, it does take a while to learn everything. The good part is that you can still get up and running quickly and handle functions you may not have done before in a short amount of time. Some of the more specialized features are better saved for when you have a quieter moment.

Pros

Right from the start, I found the software very user-friendly. After the initial training from the company, I was able to do just about anything needed with routes.

Cons

One issue I had was that exception load counts are not included in the overall bus load totals. Since we use exceptions for split custody or daycare stops, that makes it harder to confirm that buses are staying within capacity limits.

“awesome routing and reporting”

Pros

Being able to visually build bus routes for students is a huge plus for me. It automatically assigns students to the bus stops I create which saves a lot of time. I also find the option to create custom reports or import student information into a document for mailings fantastic. Customer support has been outstanding and I consider this a must-have for any transportation professional.

After using this solution, the interface felt very restrictive and not user-friendly for our AD or for anyone who needs to request a large number of trips.
