The system works perfectly. The system is simple and easy to understand. It works perfectly, does not freeze and I can use it on any laptop or PC. I get quick access to info and the look of the program is pretty nice too.

In terms of innovation, Sage 300 hasn't changed much. They've moved from a client/server setup to a web interface, but they haven't really added a lot of new features, especially compared to other SMB options.

It should be set up by someone trained to consider all the important details of the business. But aside from that I must say it's a solid cloud-based business management software.
