Super efficient software!

Pros

Across large organizations with multiple sites and a wide range of assets, this software handles asset management very efficiently even when usage requirements are complex and varied.

Cons

The pricing is definitely on the higher end compared to other EAM options with annual costs starting at $5000.

Easy to use

Pros

Right away the dashboard felt familiar and easy to figure out. I can quickly see all of my devices in one place which makes the system practical to use. We started with the free trial and that gave us a good opportunity to test everything before committing.

Cons

Getting everything set up at the beginning was really difficult. I had to bring in people from another company to handle parts of the onboarding which made the setup cost much higher than expected. On top of that the license price is also very expensive.
