“Easy to find info”
Pros
Logging in is simple and it's quick to pull up pay information, a copy of my contract, leave requests and other important details all in one place.
Cons
Nothing in the system has really caused me trouble. The only minor annoyance is that the payroll section on the website shows different information than what appears when I download the pay stub so it would make more sense if everything matched and stayed in one place.

Pros
Being able to bring in entries from Excel and also export reports back to Excel is really useful and saves time.
Cons
A few of the Excel exports don't come out in a very good format and the database-style search options feel too limited.

Pros
The AP and purchasing modules have been really useful and being able to access everything through the web with cloud storage is a big plus.
Cons
Payroll can be a bit complicated to work through although the reporting features are excellent.

“Fantastic Canvas sync”
Pros
One of the best things about it is how many functions it includes especially the way it syncs with Canvas. That feature makes grading much simpler and helps cut down on mistakes when entering grades.
Cons
I do wish it merged some features from Classic SIS and SIS 360. Right now, my administrators still can't fully use the new 360 because it doesn't include the functions they need.

Pros
Their products have felt very user-friendly to use and the reporting capabilities are solid. The Excel functionality has also been outstanding.
Cons
Lately, the updates and patches have been quite disruptive and have seriously affected the way our workflows operate.

It is a user-friendly product that really covers what users need. Pulling up information is quick and effortless which makes day-to-day work much more convenient.
Cons
The support line does get tied up sometimes and that can be frustrating when something urgent comes up.

“handles multiple tasks”
Pros
Something that really works well is being able to handle multiple tasks at once without getting stuck. Pulling most reports into Excel for deeper analysis is also a big plus and it helps that I can import the data back in after making corrections or adding anything that's missing.
Cons
A frustrating gap is that some parts of the system still don't connect with each other. For example, when the budget is imported from Provisional, it doesn't carry over into Payroll. Because of that, we have to go back into payroll every year and rework it so the budget codes and FTE match. It would be much better if that budgeted information flowed through automatically once everything is rolled over.

Pros
Their tech support has been really helpful and the ability to upload from Excel and download back to it is a strong feature.
Cons
One thing still missing is proper integration between the budget process and payroll when moving into a new fiscal year.
