“Centralized platform for school management”
Pros
Having everything in one place has been a huge help for us. I find the platform very user-friendly and it's been incredibly convenient to manage our SIS, enrollment, permission slips, sign-ups, tuition and schoolwide messaging all together in a single system.
Cons
Only thing missing for us is integration with Google Classroom. Aside from that, we honestly don't have any real complaints.

It has become an important communication tool for our families and a reliable place to keep essential information. I find the platform thoughtfully designed and simple to use. Even more noteworthy is customer support and how well he understands the needs and priorities of schools, along with his genuine willingness to work closely with subscribers to help address their challenges. “happy results!!”
Pros
Packed with valuable modules, this software is very comprehensive while still being simple to use. We've been really pleased with it and would absolutely recommend this management solution.
Cons
Honestly there wasn't a single feature we disliked or couldn't make use of. If I had to pick one, the alumni-related module was probably our least favorite, mostly because I don't think we were using it the right way.

Pros
Navigating the platform has been really easy. I find the SIS, Payments and Communications portals the ones I use most often and each of them is simple to move through and use without any hassle.
Cons
One issue I run into is that emails sometimes never show up in family inboxes and end up in junk instead which may be due to parent settings. Parent invoices also do not align with FSA and tax requirements and I'm not able to send reminders to just one specific class or family.

“Great mobile app and broad features”
Pros
There's a lot covered in this product and the tuition programming works really well. I found getting everything set up easy and the mobile app is reliable especially for handling emergency contacts and similar tasks.
Cons
Gradebook could be much better, particularly in a high school setting where previous course credits need to be uploaded.

Pros
Having everything gathered in one place has been a huge plus, communication, payments, the school information system and more are all there. Whenever I run into a problem, I've seen their team respond quickly, fix it fast and also look into what else they can do to help.
Cons
They're still in the process of adding app notifications so at the moment I don't receive any alerts on my messages.

Pros
Moving away from a paper-based school record system to this digital student information platform has been a big upgrade for us and now all of our staff can access what they need. On top of that, I've experienced their customer service as quick to respond, communicative and genuinely friendly.
Cons
One area that still needs improvement is the way photos are shared from staff to families since that system isn't very effective.

“Love this all-in-one portal”
Pros
Parents at our school have really taken to it. They say it's very user friendly and packed with features that make day-to-day tasks much more convenient. Having a single place to pay school fees, send in absence notices and complete student forms has been incredibly helpful and saves a lot of time for many of our families. From my side managing it for the school, support has also been fantastic, they've responded almost right away anytime I've had a question or needed assistance with something.
Cons
None to mention. It has been wonderful to use over the past two school years.

“helpful school payments and alerts”
Pros
One thing that really helps us is how many tasks this system automates. It gives a clear overview of each child's information, includes parent-teacher conference scheduling, newsletters, a calendar with notifications for upcoming events, the school directory and allergy reports. The standout feature for us, though, is the payment tool. We can set up payments for everything from field trips to preschool tuition and it sends reminders automatically. It also makes it simple to check who is behind on payments.
Cons
Reporting is good and exports nicely into Excel but I do wish it included a built-in report writer option.
