fast bulk listing updates

Pros

Being able to apply filters and export inventory in a easy format has been a big plus for us. It lets us make large-scale changes to listings in just a few minutes which saves a lot of time.

Cons

The help section could be much better than it is now. It would be more useful with video tutorials and more detailed guidance covering all of the features.

helpful reports and guidance

Pros

The reporting is really useful for me. With the support team walking me through things, I've found the system has been getting easier to navigate. It's still a bit early for me to judge fully, though since there are a lot of features in the software that I haven't explored yet.

Cons

One downside is that it doesn't import item costs from marketplaces so I have to enter that information twice. I also haven't gone through all of the software's categories yet.

realtime inventory boost

Pros

A major win with this software for me is the real-time inventory updating. The listing feature is excellent and I'm really looking forward to seeing new features added for other marketplaces. It has also given me back a lot of time which I can now put into other parts of growing the business.

flexible holder support

Pros

Using holders to sell across multiple SKUs with different quantities is a huge advantage for me. Channel Advisory requires you to buy a separate program for this and that adds hundreds of dollars more every month.

marketplace sync boosts sales

Pros

Managing inventory across several marketplaces has become much more manageable for me because quantities and lead times stay synced automatically. When something sells on one channel, it deducts from the others right away and that has made a huge difference for our company. It's been a major reason we've been able to grow sales so much over the past year. Another feature that's been really valuable for me is the ability to turn individual components into kits and sets.

Cons

One ongoing frustration has been the inconsistent processing speed when uploading files. There are stretches where uploads move quickly and work just fine and then out of nowhere everything slows down a lot. The development team never seems to have a clear answer for why these random slowdowns happen. Unfortunately, it's been a recurring issue without any real resolution. The only positive is that performance eventually returns to normal but it seems to enter one of these slow periods every couple of months and the problem sticks around for about a week.

much better and improving tool

Pros

My experience starting with this has felt very easy. It's been a huge step up from the platform we moved away from and with the new resources that are supposed to be released soon, I'm really excited to see how much better the experience will get.

Cons

Honestly the initial setup was a little stressful since I'm not very skilled with Excel. It would have been amazing if that part could have just been done automatically for me, haha.

reliable integrations and updates

Pros

A strong advantage of this platform is how many integrations it supports which helps align a lot of our daily operations. The price rules are quick to set up and simple to work with. Regular updates are also a big plus and overall it has been dependable with very little downtime or interruption.

Cons

It still needs more smart features especially around reporting and automation. There have also been a few glitches at times where orders ended up being duplicated.

worth it for multi-marketplace selling

Pros

Another key benefit is that it pulls in listings from every marketplace automatically so I don't have to enter each one manually into the platform like I had to with ChannelAdvisor. It's a great value for the price and I've found the customer support team is consistently quick to respond and genuinely willing to help whenever any issues come up.

Cons

A handful of features still don't work quite right. For example, deleting a listing from a specific marketplace can be unreliable so the listing ends up needing to be removed both in the platform and on the marketplace itself which creates extra work.

responsive support and simple workflow

Pros

Moving around the platform is easy for me and whenever a question comes up, I can reach someone right away and get help immediately. They consistently respond to everything I ask which has made the whole experience very reassuring.

Cons

Reporting could use more specific detail, although they are actively improving it. The only other inconvenience is that posting to different marketplaces requires separate Excel files.

smart pricing control

Pros

Pricing automation has been really useful for me because I can have prices update automatically while still keeping the margins I need. It also lets me lock in fixed prices on products with no competition, or price items a certain amount below competitors when needed.

Cons

The software is very powerful so I could use more tutorials to understand how to make the most of all its features. I also ran into some trouble when trying to add variations to an existing product line.

helpful onboarding and training

Pros

My onboarding experience with this has been pretty easy and the support is very helpful. There are also plenty of training opportunities available which makes the setup process a lot easier to manage.

Cons

Aside from inventory, almost everything is built around Amazon and not much else. It also doesn't let you assign different stock levels to different items and the titles appear the same across everything even when the products are actually different.

Buggy system causing inventory issues

Pros

Ease of navigation is one of the strengths here and I find it generally simple to use. The repricing tool did help us keep the buy box longer and that ended up boosting sales.

Cons

The application has been very buggy. The inventory management is below average at best. SKUs end up getting relisted even when there is zero quantity available and we're still trying to resolve that with customer service. Overall our cancellations have gone up directly because of using it.

powerful tools and support

Pros

The integration works really well and I've found the customer service has been excellent. Training and help are thorough, responses come quickly and there are plenty of useful options and tools to work with.

Cons

Biggest downside is the cost especially as order volume increases. I really wish there were more flexible pricing options.
