Pros
It handled exactly what we needed it to do. Our goal was to prevent overselling across channels and keep pricing and inventory synced between eBay, Amazon, Walmart and our own website and it has done that well.
Cons
Getting started takes some time which is pretty normal with any new software. There's definitely a bit of a learning curve during setup but once you understand how it works, managing everything becomes much simpler.

Pros
While searching for a new system, I found we needed something that could handle our inventory across eBay, Amazon and Walmart. Cart covered everything we were looking for and then some. Our old system was costing us thousands of dollars every month and we were able to get Cart set up to manage everything we needed at just a fraction of that cost.
Cons
It's not really a downside but the terminology used for parent/child inventory relationships was a bit different from what we were used to which caused some confusion in the beginning.

The customer service has been fantastic for me, responses are quick, friendly and informed. Nohea was especially wonderful during onboarding and has continued to be a dependable point of contact ever since.
Cons

“annual contract refund nightmare”

After dealing with this for more than a year, my experience was a disaster. An IT representative persuaded us to use the 3PL Deliverr and sign an annual contract. As we worked through ongoing problems with both Deliverr and IT, we kept trying to make the setup work but the same issues continued, shipping failure rates ranging from 1% to 6%, tracking sometimes not updating and other operational problems. It turned into a huge mistake. Then in March 2021, my annual payment to IT was more than double what we had paid the year before. By August, I had reached my limit with both companies and decided to cancel. Deliverr billed monthly while IT billed yearly so I asked IT to prorate the unused portion and issue a refund. I was told annual payments are not refundable. After everything I had already gone through, that response was shocking. I honestly expected something more reasonable and fair but that clearly was not the case. It did not have to end this way, yet keeping my money seemed to matter more to them than treating a customer fairly. I was completely disgusted and extremely upset by how this was handled. It also pushed me to review my other vendor contracts and look much more closely at their policies. Even after asking IT to reconsider, the reply was still, "Unfortunately, our annual contracts are not refundable." I would never recommend it. There are far better options with better service.
Cons
Their so-called policy of keeping our money after the second year is unacceptable.

“buggy amazon listing mess”

They sold me on a long list of features but to be completely honest, I barely got the chance to use most of them. Too much of my time went into reporting bugs and then waiting around for fixes instead.
Cons
This software was nothing but bugs, one after another. They promote it as having convenient Amazon listing integration but that simply was not the case because it did not work. We spent more than six months trying to use it and upload products and every single upload came with its own set of issues and glitches. In the end, they essentially gave up on our company because of all the unresolved problems and let us out of the contract, yet they still charged us even after we lost thousands while waiting for those bugs to be fixed.

After testing a number of similar services, this one easily feels the most feature-packed to me and the pricing options are excellent. Whenever I needed help, support replied quickly and fixed the issue right away. Being able to handle pricing adjustments from a single website is also really convenient. The statistics page provides detailed, useful data that can help improve and grow sales.
Cons
I do wish the more popular integrations were added faster, although the support team is always responsive. You can also reach out to them about future support for different marketplaces and they'll usually give you a helpful idea of the timeline for getting those integrations in place.

It pulls all my sales channels into a single dashboard and I find the shipping process simple to manage.
Cons
Shopify integration is weak. Discounted Shopify orders, like 10% off, still show up at full price which throws off sales reporting. POS sales from Shopify do not come through at all so inventory counts end up being inaccurate. It also doesn't connect with QuickBooks Online.

One thing that really stands out to me is how incredible the support team has been. The chat actually works most of the time which is pretty rare with this kind of company. On top of that, the pricing is very reasonable, to the point that just about anyone can afford it.
Cons
A downside is that product listing work often has to be duplicated between SA and most marketplaces. Their tech team can also be a little slow when it comes to rolling out new features, although most users probably won't be affected by that.

Pros
One of the biggest wins for me here has been the repricing tool. We sell items that need to follow specific pricing rules and this feature lets us build different pricing strategies to match those needs really well. The inventory sync across all our sales channels also saves a lot of time and reaching support whenever we need help has been very easy.
Cons
Only thing I'd really like added is a column that displays the fees.

Pros
The repricing tools work really well for me and the order management side is also very good. It's simple to use and connects without much trouble to omnichannel accounts. Customer support isn't exceptional but they usually reply within a reasonable time.
Cons
The recent inventory management changes still feel unstable. Handling Amazon FBA inventory has become more frustrating because the filters don't respond as well as they used to.

After testing the software in a scheduled demo, I needed a way to reprice my products across my e-commerce sites and marketplaces like Amazon from one place. I was really pleased with the automation features and the order management this platform provided.
Cons
There were some frustrating limits with certain features especially around API integration and a few promises were never actually delivered. The claim about helping us win the Amazon buy box turned out to be completely untrue and that eventually pushed us to move to another platform.

Using it day to day feels very easy for me and one thing I really appreciate is how responsive the team is when it comes to more than just listening to suggestions, they actually put requested features into the product. It already has a lot of genuinely useful functionality which makes it even better to work with.
Cons
Customer support can be less responsive at times. Also, when we request a feature, we usually aren't notified once it has been added so we end up reaching out again only to learn it was already implemented. Every few months, for about a week or so, the upload speed can also become extremely slow, processing 20 lines can take over 4 hours when it would normally finish in under a minute.

Pros
Being able to connect multiple accounts in this software has made inventory management much more manageable for me. Distributing quantities across several stores is especially helpful and does a lot to reduce the risk of overselling.
Cons
Uploading larger files can be a bit slow at times which gets frustrating but aside from that I really don't have many complaints. Overall it has been a very great tool.
