Overall the system is easy to use and doesn't feel visually cluttered. It shows only what is really necessary which makes the experience more practical.
Cons
It often has stability issues and the website layout is very basic, giving it an outdated look. On top of that some information can be hard to find.

“clear reports and reliable billing”
Pros
Financial information is easy to work with and stays consistent with the posted entries. The screens are quite simple, even though there are a lot of them which can get annoying. The reports are very good, although they usually need some information adjustments depending on the client's needs but the data itself is clear. Electronic billing and payments work perfectly. Bank statement reconciliation and import are also simple to handle.
Cons
There are too many screens to do almost the same task. One example is releasing cost centers for new users, you have to go through several screens to "sync" everything with the user and it would be much better if those relationships were created automatically from the start. In the financial budgeting area, it would help to be able to pull more accounts at the same time when making changes. The reconciliation of forecasted and actual titles still needs improvement (F501CPE), especially in the selection process, because when you select and process, the system gets lost and jumps back. There is also a LOT of instability, the cloud system goes down often and is quite unreliable. On top of that, it's a difficult system to parameterize.

“Simple invoicing and reporting tool”
Pros
Software is easy to access and pretty self-explanatory. It lets us enter all the necessary information so there are no mistakes when issuing reports and invoices.
Cons
Home page goes down quite often. Also, to open another screen like SDE, we have to log in again by entering the username and password.

Access to information is very easy for me and integration with other software, such as Sismetro and CRM, helps a lot in day-to-day operations.

Pros
It's an excellent system to have in a company. The interface is easy and it's quick and simple to use. I'd definitely recommend it to others.
Cons
One downside is that each user needs a separate login to use it at the same time, otherwise, the system ends up crashing.
