“Clear resource charts
Pros
The platform is really simple to use. I especially appreciate the helpful charts for future projections and the clear view of who's assigned to each task.
Cons
Nothing to say here. I use it to handle access permissions, track employee skills and separate paid work from internal tasks.

“great skills matching, poor request tracking
Pros
We're especially fond of the resource scheduling and its simplicity. It connects to our main business system without any trouble. The skills section has given us an incredible look at the talents of our thousands of advisors, helping us find the perfect match for our jobs.
Cons
The system for asking for team members isn't built for our large number of requests or for tracking where each one is in the process. We begin the process here but then have to switch to another platform to watch its status and development. Tracking changes needs work, we often need to know who moved a scheduled task and why but that information isn't visible.

“Good digital whiteboard
Pros
It's very simple and not too complicated.. almost like a digital copy of the whiteboards and charts we already use.
Cons
Scheduling for an entire group has some problems. This creates a hurdle for our support teams.

“helpful team allocation
Pros
We rely on this to handle and assign our team for on-site implementation jobs. The power to quickly check a period and a group of planned jobs lets us shift our staff to where they're needed most with full confidence. It has allowed us to adapt fast when client needs shift and keep everyone in the loop.
Cons
The part that I believe needs a refresh is the reporting. It should be more flexible and allow for setting up documents to create themselves on a regular schedule.

“Simple group planning but cluttered interface
Pros
It's simple to operate during group sessions when we're mapping out how to use our personnel.
Cons
You can't remove extra menus and tools from a user's screen. The interface comes with several tabs and options that aren't necessary for everyone.

“Gets the job done!
Pros
Planning our project teams and predicting future needs are vital for us. These tasks are really simple here and getting the software running was fast.
Cons
The look of the system isn't the most up-to-date. However the design is clean and simple to operate.

“smooth team management but not adaptable
Pros
It's simple to operate and assign team members to various tasks without confusion.
Cons
It isn't very adaptable. There's also no way to handle income or profit tracking within the system.

“Easy team updates
Pros
The low effort required means everyone on the team can keep their information current which is the main goal and it only takes a moment to do.
Cons
The screen for assigning people could have more ways to put information in, beyond what's currently available.

“effortless team management
Pros
This is a very simple system for managing team assignments that gives us a much better view of our operations.
Cons
We would benefit from a few more tools and I believe the company will probably include them in later updates.

“convenient hour logs, utilization reports limited
Pros
I frequently use the usage summary, staff assignments and the weekly hour logs.
Cons
The usage report doesn't let you pick a single team member. It also doesn't show a correct total if someone hasn't been working for the entire chosen timeframe like a full calendar year.

“Smooth navigation!
Pros
Grabbing the details I need and hopping between various screens is a smooth process.
Cons
We've had some trouble linking it with other programs and I'd like projects to have more depth and detail.

“Simple system with great capacity visibility
Pros
The system is simple to work with and does a great job showing our team's capacity and assignments.
Cons
Displaying how team members are assigned across different parts of the business was a bit tricky. The managers thought keeping the future workload predictions was a little complex and took too much time which led to a less detailed planning method and stopping use of the tool.

“Transparent scheduling
Pros
This is built for managing people across many different jobs in a large company. It lets us create transparent schedules and predictions that meet all of our staffing requirements.
Cons
Getting the hang of it requires some training especially for planning team capacity. I haven't managed to get all of my coworkers to adopt the platform in their departments.
