“Business central inventory management”

Pros

From day one, this tool has felt built for companies that actually live in Business Central every day, not just businesses using it for basic accounting. Since our operation is heavily tied to inventory and strict compliance requirements, it has been especially valuable to work with a support team that understands how BC connects to receiving, inventory movements, production, labeling, reporting and overall process control.

Cons

Support approach in some areas could be better which still feels more reactive than proactive. When problems come up, the team is helpful but I would really like more upfront direction on best practices, system limitations, user training and how certain setup decisions might affect operations down the line.

“Scalable cannabis operations suite”

Pros

Running our multi-state cannabis business on this ERP has been a really positive experience. It works well with both LeafLink and Metrc so we can keep inventory movement and sales all in one place instead of bouncing between systems. The Metrc integration is especially valuable because it cuts down heavily on double entry and saves our team a lot of time during production and order fulfillment. As we continue to grow, the platform has scaled with us and the reporting through Power BI/Fabric has been extremely useful. We also get a lot out of the Power Automate functionality which helps simplify and align many of our workflows. On top of that, the support from Velosio/SilverLeaf during implementation was excellent. They made the initial setup feel manageable and now our team is able to set up new companies on our own as we expand. The onboarding and transition support overall was outstanding.

Cons

A few improvements would still help, especially around the LeafLink integration. It would also be nice to have more built-in automation options on the accounting side of the platform.
