Efficient AP and invoice workflow system

Pros

Our team uses it to set up AP vendors and handle check and ACH payments for invoices and I have found the workflow efficient. We enter invoices into PVault first and once approved, they flow into this system, with vendor details syncing back smoothly. I have seen the connection between PVault and Spectrum work very well without major issues and I found it quick to learn. Setting up vendors and handling related data entry is also very easy.

Cons

To reach customer service is difficult. When something goes wrong with the software, our IT team usually shuts it down and reboots it first and if that still doesn't fix the problem, then we have to reach out to customer support.
