“Perfect FAQ groups and analytics”
Pros
One of the best things about this software is being able to build FAQ Groups for specific audiences, like subject specialists. It's also really helpful for handling online chats with faculty, staff and students and the screensharing feature adds a lot of value. My favorite feature, though, is Reference Analytics and the ability to track reference statistics. It makes reporting and creating service overviews for the library incredibly convenient and easy. The whole system is very user-friendly.
Cons
Only downside on our end is that our organization doesn't consistently share updates on social media. I'm aware that it includes options for posting Tweets and Facebook messages but because of the way our leadership currently handles social media, we haven't taken advantage of that part of the platform. So while I haven't used everything LibAnswers can do, it definitely seems like those features could be very beneficial for many organizations and companies.

“always-there support team!!”
Pros
Whenever I run into a question that I can't answer from the site, there's always someone available to help at any time which I really appreciate.
Cons
Website itself is pretty basic and not especially flashy. It still gets the job done but finding your way around can be a little tricky sometimes.

“social media time saver”
Pros
Handling customer engagement across several social media accounts is much more manageable than without it. The interface feels clean, easy and simple and it saves me a lot of time overall.
Cons
Getting comfortable with the interface can take a little while at first especially if you're not familiar with that style. It definitely feels different but like most tools, the more effort you put into learning it, the more value you get back. The time spent learning it is worth it.
