“reliable ERP-teamcenter sync”
Pros
Getting our parts moved from Teamcenter into Microsoft Dynamics 365 was pretty easy for us thanks to the ERP integration module. Their IT team also delivered the integration services we needed to get the whole setup in place.
Cons
It is definitely an expensive solution but once everything is configured, it runs reliably.

“powerful D365 integration”
Pros
Having it built directly into D365 has made a huge difference in how clearly our inbound and outbound data reflects the way our business actually operates. With our previous third-party ISV, we had to depend heavily on their data syncs and outside mappings just to make sure outbound data was accurate. This tool gives us a level of flexibility I really have not seen from other providers and honestly it feels like we have only begun to tap into what it can do. Our implementation expert, Pavol, spent five months teaching us everything we needed to rebuild our existing processes. Even though it felt like learning a whole new language at first, he made the transition very manageable for us. Since going live at the end of May, we have been using it daily and it has not failed or caused any issues.
Cons
Only real caution is that without proper training and even with training if you are not paying close attention to the details, it is possible to break your entire setup. It is not really a complaint, more something important to be aware of.

“helpful support and guidance”
Pros
Whenever I've needed help, I've received excellent guidance and the support team has responded quickly to my requests.
Cons
Knowledge articles could be better if they included more examples and covered the basics in a bit more detail. There are also some features that still need improvement.

“useful insights but buggy interface”
Pros
The business intelligence software comes ready to use out of the box and I've seen it help a lot of businesses grow their potential by providing great data points and clear visual representations.
Cons
One thing that still bothers me is the overall UI of the platform. It could definitely be improved to feel more user-friendly. Aside from that, it does a good job and addresses the core business problems well.

“excellent invoice automation”
Pros
This has been the best solution I've used for invoice automation and handling sales invoice settlements.
Cons
Licensing cost is quite high and it would also help a lot to have a Windows application available for development work.
