Through the account module, it keeps contacts, billing details and shipping addresses organized and properly maintained. It also makes transportation management more efficient and the align data services (SDS) feature is useful for logistics data such as VIN validation.
Cons
The downside is that buying the software requires a financial investment which can be expensive for some users.
