Pros
This software offers no benefits whatsoever. Once the license fee has been paid, the company demonstrates zero concern or follow-up support.
Cons
The management system is extremely poor. Their support is outsourced to a third party called PBT that charges exorbitant fees for every support request, including version upgrades. Although the software may have decent features, there is a complete lack of proper support. Furthermore, there is no internal contact or escalation path within the company for filing complaints.
