“Helpful visibility across departments”
Pros
Working for a city means I often have to review employee activity and documents from other departments and divisions. Also having that visibility in one place is very useful. Plus the tasks I need to complete are also simple and easy to follow.
Cons
It isn't very practical to use in the field when handling casework.
