Cons

Pros
Keeping inventory under control has been really convenient and the order status tracking helps a lot with staying updated. Customer support responds quickly which makes a big difference and the import/export file feature is also very useful in daily work.
Cons
There's nothing major to complain about at this point since everything has been going well. We did run into a few onboarding issues earlier but those have been resolved and things are working fine now.

They put effort into selling the product upfront but after that the customer service and integration experience have been very poor.
Cons
Once onboarding was done there was basically no customer support. We have been waiting for the integration issues to be fixed for the past month and it feels like nobody cares or they simply do not have the technical ability to resolve it.
