Pros
Managing orders and inventory across multiple marketplaces is much more convenient when everything is handled in one place. The courier integrations and the dashboard cut down a lot of the manual work and make daily operations more efficient.
Cons
Some useful platforms still aren't available for direct integration so in certain situations that can limit how flexible the workflow can be.

“centralized inventory that saves time”
Pros
Something that really works well is the centralized inventory update system. Whenever I update stock in one place it automatically gets reflected across all panels which makes the whole process much more efficient and convenient.
Cons
A missing feature right now is the ability to remove products. When an item is out of stock permanently and I no longer want to manage or update it I should have the option to delete it from the inventory.

Pros
Has been a much better platform for handling inventory and order processing for us! The customer support team is helpful and the inventory sync feature is especially useful when updating stock across multiple marketplaces.
Cons
It can feel a bit complicated to figure out on your own at first but once someone walks you through it, it works really well. The processing steps themselves are actually quite easy.

Pros
One of the best parts of the software is how inventory updates stay centralized. If stock is changed in one place on the platform, it automatically gets updated everywhere which makes the whole process much easier.
Cons
The technical support system still needs a lot of improvement. Response times are far too slow, raising a ticket is unnecessarily difficult and there are times when they close requests without actually resolving the issue or even replying properly.

Having orders, inventory and shipping all managed in one place was the biggest advantage for me since it made daily operations much easier to stay on top of. The real time inventory updates helped prevent stock mismatches and the automated order processing reduced manual effort while also cutting down on errors.
Cons
A few parts felt a bit limited in terms of flexibility especially when I needed to customize workflows to better match specific business requirements.

Pros
Handling multichannel orders and keeping inventory synced has been very convenient with this software. The one click invoice feature is especially useful since it generates all invoices in the same format which saves time and keeps things organized.
Cons
It would be even better if the SKU or style photos uploaded on marketplace channels were pulled in as well. I'd also like to see support across more platforms for a single standardized label printing format similar to invoices. Consolidated GST reports would be a valuable addition too.

It's been helpful for managing inventory, handling the order workflow, creating P.O.s and keeping everything centralized in one service. The support team has also been helpful and the return management feature is useful!
Cons
A limitation is that sale order reports for all FBA channels can't be exported at once. It's also not possible to see shipping charges before generating the label.

Running everything from one place has made multi channel order and inventory management much more manageable and it has helped cut down on the manual mistakes that used to happen more often.
Cons
The interface comes across as a bit outdated, the reporting tools are not very flexible and getting full value from some advanced features often means needing support help or extra add ons.

Pros
Keeping inventory accurate has been much easier with this software. The cycle counting works well, barcode printing is helpful, warehouse slotting is organized and custom label creation has added a lot of flexibility. On top of that the support team has been very responsive and helpful throughout.
Cons
There is nothing major to complain about. We did run into a few issues during onboarding but things have been going well since then and the support from the team has been really good.

Rolling this out inside external systems was very easy and using it day to day has been just as simple. The support from the CSM has also been consistently helpful and reassuring.
Cons

Right from the start this platform has been very user friendly and the support team has been quick to help whenever needed.
