All in one marketplace control

Pros

Managing orders and inventory across multiple marketplaces is much more convenient when everything is handled in one place. The courier integrations and the dashboard cut down a lot of the manual work and make daily operations more efficient.

Cons

Some useful platforms still aren't available for direct integration so in certain situations that can limit how flexible the workflow can be.

centralized inventory that saves time

Pros

Something that really works well is the centralized inventory update system. Whenever I update stock in one place it automatically gets reflected across all panels which makes the whole process much more efficient and convenient.

Cons

A missing feature right now is the ability to remove products. When an item is out of stock permanently and I no longer want to manage or update it I should have the option to delete it from the inventory.

reliable platform

Pros

Has been a much better platform for handling inventory and order processing for us! The customer support team is helpful and the inventory sync feature is especially useful when updating stock across multiple marketplaces.

Cons

It can feel a bit complicated to figure out on your own at first but once someone walks you through it, it works really well. The processing steps themselves are actually quite easy.

Brings convenience

Pros

One of the best parts of the software is how inventory updates stay centralized. If stock is changed in one place on the platform, it automatically gets updated everywhere which makes the whole process much easier.

Cons

The technical support system still needs a lot of improvement. Response times are far too slow, raising a ticket is unnecessarily difficult and there are times when they close requests without actually resolving the issue or even replying properly.

Cuts down on errors

Pros

Having orders, inventory and shipping all managed in one place was the biggest advantage for me since it made daily operations much easier to stay on top of. The real time inventory updates helped prevent stock mismatches and the automated order processing reduced manual effort while also cutting down on errors.

Cons

A few parts felt a bit limited in terms of flexibility especially when I needed to customize workflows to better match specific business requirements.

multichannel sync that delivers

Pros

Handling multichannel orders and keeping inventory synced has been very convenient with this software. The one click invoice feature is especially useful since it generates all invoices in the same format which saves time and keeps things organized.

Cons

It would be even better if the SKU or style photos uploaded on marketplace channels were pulled in as well. I'd also like to see support across more platforms for a single standardized label printing format similar to invoices. Consolidated GST reports would be a valuable addition too.

Useful features

Pros

It's been helpful for managing inventory, handling the order workflow, creating P.O.s and keeping everything centralized in one service. The support team has also been helpful and the return management feature is useful!

Cons

A limitation is that sale order reports for all FBA channels can't be exported at once. It's also not possible to see shipping charges before generating the label.

Everything in one place

Pros

Running everything from one place has made multi channel order and inventory management much more manageable and it has helped cut down on the manual mistakes that used to happen more often.

Cons

The interface comes across as a bit outdated, the reporting tools are not very flexible and getting full value from some advanced features often means needing support help or extra add ons.

Pros

Over the past year this has been a reliable part of how we run our e commerce business. It's a platform we'd confidently suggest to emerging and startup brands.

Cons

An area that could be better is live support especially during peak hours when availability feels limited. At times support tickets also take longer than expected to get resolved.

Great fit for ecommerce

Pros

The software played a key role in supporting us and has been a dependable part of running our operations. The platform has stayed reliable throughout and we'd absolutely recommend it to other startup brands.

Cons

At times there are delays in getting responses to support tickets. The resolution time on those tickets could be faster to improve overall efficiency.

Pros

Getting used to the software, managing inventory, working with the team, handling warehouse operations and dealing with vendors and suppliers have all been very satisfying.

Excellent support

Pros

Connecting the software with external systems was easy and the support from the CSM has been excellent. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone!

Cons

A few third party APIs should ideally be included in their roadmap but apart from that it works well and is a solid choice for any D2C brand.

Makes things easier

Pros

Keeping inventory accurate has been much easier with this software. The cycle counting works well, barcode printing is helpful, warehouse slotting is organized and custom label creation has added a lot of flexibility. On top of that the support team has been very responsive and helpful throughout.

Cons

There is nothing major to complain about. We did run into a few issues during onboarding but things have been going well since then and the support from the team has been really good.

smooth rollout

Pros

Rolling this out inside external systems was very easy and using it day to day has been just as simple. The support from the CSM has also been consistently helpful and reassuring.

Cons

I'd still like to see a few additional third party APIs included on their roadmap but aside from that everything has been fine and I'd highly recommend it.

Constant innovation

Pros

Right from the start this platform has been very user friendly and the support team has been quick to help whenever needed. The ongoing improvements and innovations in the product really make a difference because they let us stay focused on growing the business instead of getting caught up in daily operations.

Cons

At this point there's nothing major to complain about. We've been using the software for around a year and everything has been handled really well. A few small issues do come up once in a while but they've been manageable.

Pros

Using the software has been simple because the interface is user friendly and the support team is responsive and helpful whenever assistance is needed.

Cons

Sometime a few support agents do not seem to have a full understanding of the system which can slow down issue resolution. More thorough training would help make support more consistent and efficient.

Easy to use

Pros

Very easy to use and the team's support has been consistently helpful whenever needed. I also really appreciate the new bulk order features they launched recently which add a lot of value.

Cons

Every now and then it stops working although it only happens occasionally. Aside from that it's a solid product overall.
