Through using this software we can handle pricing, merchandising and a lot more all in one place! It also lets us see how our vehicle prices stack up against others on the market and having the market average right there is really helpful.

At this point I haven't run into anything I dislike yet.

The new photo upload tool has been a nice upgrade and the AI generated backgrounds are a feature I've really enjoyed using.

Cons

It bothers me that the website doesn't resize properly when I make the browser window wider or narrower on my computer. It would be much more useful if I could reduce the window size and keep two windows side by side especially when I'm working on a smaller laptop screen.

Updating details in the software is really convenient because those changes carry over to the CRM and the website automatically.

Cons

The frustrating part is that the sync can sometimes take as long as 24 hours before the updates actually show up.

Provision has become one of those platforms we honestly can't imagine working without. It gives us strong insights and includes really useful features that make our daily work a whole lot more manageable.

Since it's a Cox Automotive product there are a few downsides that come with being part of such a large company. Some smaller providers might be a bit better, more affordable or offer more personalized support but overall it still does a really solid job.

Once you spend a little time learning it, it turns out to be very practical and honestly essential for this kind of business. The support team is also helpful although there are times when responses can take a bit longer than expected.

Cons

Every now and then the platform runs into bugs that even their own team does not seem to know how to resolve properly and a few of them feel surprisingly basic.

Handling inventory is much simpler with this software. I can add custom tags to keep tabs on vehicles that still need to go out or have sales pending which really helps with organization. It's very user friendly overall and it's also an excellent tool for appraisals.

The photo management side could use more editing options.

Everything feels well organized and it's simple to pull up the exact inventory I need. It takes in feeds from other software and pushes them back out without issues. Overall it's a very strong inventory management system and works as a one stop place for notes, website feed adjustments, appraisals, pricing and more.

Honestly there's not much to complain about but it would be helpful to have a way to organize inventory by more specific attributes.

It does cost a bit more than some other options but the functions help justify the higher price.

Their support has been frustrating. As one of the early users I was told a while back that I was making too much profit per vehicle which didn't sit right with me.

Pricing vehicles feels much more accurate with this tool. The current market data is right there whenever you need it which makes decision making a lot faster. There's also a huge amount of information available so if something goes wrong it usually comes down to user error rather than the platform lacking anything.

There honestly aren't many downsides to the software. After you get familiar with how everything works it becomes something you really appreciate using. If I had to point out one drawback it would be that the sheer amount of data can feel overwhelming at times.

Being part of Cox Automotive is definitely a plus since they're involved in so many areas of the industry. We use it to list our vehicles and the photo editor makes it really simple to add banners to the truck images we post.

A downside is that the photo quality drops quite a bit compared with the original pictures we take of our trucks.

Using it on iOS at the auction can be frustrating because it tends to freeze or glitch. There are times when I scan a car or truck and then have to shut the app down and open it again which is unacceptable in an auction setting.

Using this software has been a really pleasant experience. I've worked with several other applications and this one has easily become my favorite because it's so simple and user friendly.

Something I'd still like to see improved is the photo management area. It would help a lot if photos could be enlarged more while I'm entering information since that would make them easier to view.
