unresolved label payment mess

Pros

Honestly this was picked by someone at our company and it feels lacking in a lot of areas. We just do the best we can with it because we really don't have another option.

Cons

Whenever something goes wrong it never seems to actually get fixed. We purchased USPS labels only to learn that USPS was holding those packages because they hadn't received payment from this software. We were told the issue had been escalated to the development team but it's now been 4 weeks with no resolution at all.

Great rates and usability

Pros

Using this software has been a really positive experience! The shipping rates are excellent and the platform is very simple to figure out and use. I've genuinely enjoyed working with it.

Cons

I've consistently had good experiences with the tool and I don't have any complaints about the platform.

powerful tools

Pros

Right away this program felt amazing to use!! There are practically unlimited things you can do with it which makes it incredibly versatile.

Cons

I really don't have any major complaints. It's a great program overall although the price is a little on the high side.

amazon integration works really well!

Pros

Connecting this software with Amazon and other third party apps has been very easy and the integrations work reliably.

Cons

Works well

Pros

It fits smoothly into the Amazon seller ecosystem and works really well within that setup.

Cons

warehouse and shipping hub

Pros

Running my online store takes a lot less time, effort and staffing with this solution. It helps me manage products across multiple warehouses and shipping carriers, compare their prices and services and connect conveniently to other store platforms and warehouses I use.

Cons

The basic plan feels a bit overpriced and it still lacks support for several languages especially Arabic.

Pros

The software pulls sales from multiple platforms into one centralized place which makes keeping everything together much more convenient.

Cons

Once the initial trial ends the amount of credits the software provides feels extremely limited.

marketplace reach but fulfillment gaps

Pros

Something that works really well with it is how many marketplaces it connects to along with the solid shipping rates it provides. Another big plus is that it doesn't come with a usage cost the way ShipStation does. Since it's built and owned by Amazon, the Seller Central integration has also been dependable and consistent.

Cons

On the downside there's no way to add items to an order after purchase which means we regularly miss shipping those extra units. That creates customer service problems and adds extra cost when we have to send out another shipment. On top of that tracking emails are being sent to Shopify customers and sometimes the system fails to pass the correct information needed to mark certain orders as fulfilled. Support has said they're working on these issues but it's already been a few months without a fix.

false protection, no accountability

Pros

It syncs reliably with Amazon and other sales channels and the fact that it's free is a plus.

Cons

Despite that the product itself has been terrible. It advertises "Get Protected - Amazon will protect your account and pay for A to z claims related to delivery issues or items not received (INR)" but that has not been true at all. Amazon does not protect your account for labels purchased through this software. A to z claims get absolutely no protection, Amazon ignores the so called Seller Guarantee and the people behind this software don't seem to care that Amazon ignores it. Their customer support comes across as arrogant and unhelpful, refuses to admit they are making false promises and won't stand behind the guarantee. Instead they push the responsibility onto Amazon and hide behind the excuse that the software is "just a third party."

Strong support

Pros

Right away the interface felt modern, clean and thoughtfully put together. The label designer is excellent and both the order management and inventory features worked really well for what I needed. Support was also reliable and helpful whenever I had questions.

Cons

Something that gives me pause is that Amazon owns it now. Other than that the kit and bundle setup was a little buggy and felt somewhat awkward to work through.
