“invoice mapping that delivers”
Pros
Right from the start, it has done an excellent job mapping invoices from their system into QuickBooks Online. Posting happens without errors because all of the information is integrated automatically. The integration also lets us build QB reports in a much more efficient and detailed way especially for tracking sales by salesperson. One feature we especially appreciate is being able to monitor gross margin by both purchase order and salesperson. Before setting this up, every sale had to be entered into QB manually which took up a lot of valuable staff time. I would highly recommend it.
Cons
The only downside is that because we have so many customizations on our side, we occasionally run into small hiccups that need to be worked out.

Pros
The IT support team has been incredibly helpful and always available whenever questions come up. I like that they are especially helpful during the early stages of getting the project up and running.
Cons
It does take a while to customize everything completely but once it's finished, it's absolutely worth it.

“excellent QuickBooks integration”

After using its QuickBooks integration for the past two years, our accounting process has improved dramatically. It has done an outstanding job mapping invoices from the software into QuickBooks Online and posting errors have been eliminated because everything transfers automatically. The integration also lets us build much more efficient and detailed QB reports especially for tracking sales by salesperson. One feature we value most is being able to monitor gross margin by both purchase order and salesperson. Before we set this up, all of our sales had to be entered into QB manually which took up far too much employee time. I highly recommend it. The support team has also been excellent, responses are quick and they genuinely work with you to help your business operate more efficiently.

We're still getting familiar with the system but I'm confident that as we continue learning, we'll get more comfortable and start using more of the features than we are right now.

Pros
It looks like it includes most of the practical tools needed to handle day-to-day business operations and I find it covers the essentials quite well.
Cons
System can be slow and making updates feels tedious at times compared to other solutions. It also needs to be far more proactive about staying ahead of changing importer requirements like 10+2 and similar elements.

“inventory tracking delivers real value”
Pros
Entering everything does take time and I understood that from the start. Even with that, I find the value from inventory tracking and import detail more than makes up for the extra effort. That said I can see why some of my day-to-day users wish the process felt faster and more easy.
Cons
Most of my hesitation comes from the fact that our business has some unique workflows that the current programming does not fully accommodate. I see these more as limitations tied to how we operate than actual flaws in the product itself. Still, there are a few things I would love to see changed even though I realize we may be one of the only companies running into them. For example, it would be helpful to switch product IDs in the middle of a process when physical characteristics change so they still match the sales order in the final shipment without having to handle it as a buy/sell transaction like we do now. It would also be useful to include purchase order items that are not strictly product purchases but are directly connected to the product so we could track all costs tied to a single venture in one place especially for our remachining work.

“profit visibility and flexible growth”
Pros
Running the business has become much more manageable with this software and I have personally seen a big improvement. One of the biggest benefits is being able to view profit and loss on every shipment which I used to calculate manually. The support team has also been excellent and I receive quick responses whenever questions come up. It is flexible enough to be customized to our needs and I see it adapting as our business grows.
Cons
It was a bit challenging during the initial implementation. A lot of that though, came from the fact that we were moving from a DOS-based system to a web environment so there was naturally an adjustment period while we got used to the change.
