Keeping up with incoming and outgoing shipments, along with inventory, has been very effective with this software and I was able to pick up the accounting features within about a week. Whenever questions come up, I have seen the IT team respond quickly to troubleshoot and resolve issues. This system has supported my organization for years and I continue to rely on it as a core part of our operations.
Cons
At the beginning, it really helps to have someone walk you through the different functions the software includes so you can understand how everything works.

Keeping up with products and invoicing is much more manageable with this software. When I enter an SO and PO, I can trust that nothing gets lost and I also know it will generate an invoice so billing is not missed.
Cons
Downside is that it is not very simple and some of the wording is specific to the platform, like "venture," which makes it hard to search online for help. Still, once you understand how it works, it becomes very useful.

What I really appreciate is how thoroughly this software tracks information. If the data exists, there is usually already a field for it and if not, I can create one. There are also multiple ways to navigate to the same section which I find gives flexibility in how I work. The reporting options are extensive and I rely on them to pinpoint exact information. After spending some time learning the system, I found it becomes a very valuable tool.
Cons
Biggest downside is how click-heavy it feels. Getting to the place you need often takes a lot of pointing and clicking and learning all the steps for each task can be a little frustrating at first. That said for software designed to track such a wide range of details, needing a few extra steps to enter and manage all that information is somewhat understandable.

One of the biggest strengths of this software is how adaptable and modular it is and I have found the company very open to making changes. If something does not fit internal SOPs, I can usually request modifications and get support to tailor the system to business needs.
Cons
This can be challenging because the learning curve is pretty steep especially if I'm not familiar with the terminology it uses for product movement. That said their support team is strong and does a lot to help with the transition. The tradeoff for having such a flexible, modular system is that every custom change requires programming work on their side and with a backlog of requests from other customers, those updates can sometimes take weeks.

One of the biggest strengths is how much information the system gives you access to. It's also very easy to understand and use. On top of that, the support team is easily the best I've ever worked with. The LogMeIn feature is excellent as well. It creates direct one-on-one contact between the vendor and the user whenever help is needed and being able to watch the process happen makes it much easier to understand what's being done.

One thing that really sets this product apart is how uniquely it handles import management. We looked at a lot of different options and this was the only one that let us track imports at the individual container level. The overall logic of the system also feels very natural if you work in a process-driven environment. The reporting tools are probably my favorite part because they offer a very detailed level of visibility. Profit-based reports have been especially helpful when making business decisions and the other reports do a lot to support forecasting and inventory management. Since lot tracking is essential in the food industry, it's a big advantage that the system can show exactly where every lot from every shipment ends up.
Cons
One area that still needs work is warehouse transfers. I really wish the transfer function included both editing and viewing capabilities. Right now, it doesn't feel as flexible as some of the other systems I've used and I hope they improve that over time. There are also a few usability details I'd like to see cleaned up. For instance some screens make you click through several buttons just to exit, while others let you move on simply by opening a new tab.

Right from the start, it has done an excellent job mapping invoices from their system into QuickBooks Online. Posting happens without errors because all of the information is integrated automatically. The integration also lets us build QB reports in a much more efficient and detailed way especially for tracking sales by salesperson. One feature we especially appreciate is being able to monitor gross margin by both purchase order and salesperson. Before setting this up, every sale had to be entered into QB manually which took up a lot of valuable staff time. I would highly recommend it.

The only downside is that because we have so many customizations on our side, we occasionally run into small hiccups that need to be worked out.

After using its QuickBooks integration for the past two years, our accounting process has improved dramatically. It has done an outstanding job mapping invoices from the software into QuickBooks Online and posting errors have been eliminated because everything transfers automatically. The integration also lets us build much more efficient and detailed QB reports especially for tracking sales by salesperson. One feature we value most is being able to monitor gross margin by both purchase order and salesperson. Before we set this up, all of our sales had to be entered into QB manually which took up far too much employee time. I highly recommend it. The support team has also been excellent, responses are quick and they genuinely work with you to help your business operate more efficiently.

Entering everything does take time and I understood that from the start. Even with that, I find the value from inventory tracking and import detail more than makes up for the extra effort. That said I can see why some of my day-to-day users wish the process felt faster and more easy.

Most of my hesitation comes from the fact that our business has some unique workflows that the current programming does not fully accommodate. I see these more as limitations tied to how we operate than actual flaws in the product itself. Still, there are a few things I would love to see changed even though I realize we may be one of the only companies running into them. For example, it would be helpful to switch product IDs in the middle of a process when physical characteristics change so they still match the sales order in the final shipment without having to handle it as a buy/sell transaction like we do now. It would also be useful to include purchase order items that are not strictly product purchases but are directly connected to the product so we could track all costs tied to a single venture in one place especially for our remachining work.

Running the business has become much more manageable with this software and I have personally seen a big improvement. One of the biggest benefits is being able to view profit and loss on every shipment which I used to calculate manually. The support team has also been excellent and I receive quick responses whenever questions come up. It is flexible enough to be customized to our needs and I see it adapting as our business grows.
Cons
It was a bit challenging during the initial implementation. A lot of that though, came from the fact that we were moving from a DOS-based system to a web environment so there was naturally an adjustment period while we got used to the change.
