There are multiple windows that pop up while trying to complete a task. A bit inconvenient.

The data integrity is top notch. We've never had the experience of losing any data or having any major issues due to software bugs.

Cons

The user documentation could use some updates, particularly to help users understand the core business logic behind most of the applications.

I love the BI Cubes! VIS uses ready to go BI Cubes as the data warehouse. Its so simple to adjust the data as needed. You can even save your go to reports and share them with everyone in a familiar format. Great experience overall!

Cons

The interface can feel a bit messy and complicated at times. I feel the process should be simpler than it is right now.

“Ideal ERP with an awesome team

Pros

All the modules connect perfectly with great audit trails. The customer service from Visibility is brilliant and they keep innovating their default software based on what customers want. Upgrading to new versions is smooth and straighforward. User Defined Fields are another great feature that help me track whatever I need.

Cons

It would be great if the Quality module could be expanded to better serve manufacturing companies.
