Satisfied weclapp user

Pros

Very adaptable and user-friendly. Also it runs very smoothly. No matter what we are doing it never causes trouble of any kind.

Cons

After some of the updates that were made, certain things can no longer be found where they were before which causes a lot of frustration.

Very satisfied with Weclapp as a new customer

Pros

Simple and easy to use. We were able to easily automate many processes without contacting the support team.

Cons

The interface is not the best and could be improved even further.

I find the software easy to learn, well thought out and innovative. In addition, very good and helpful support.

Cons

A satisfactory program, apart from some small problems

Pros

It is easy to use and clear. Also it is possible to customize it in a manner so it meets all our needs. Also different departments can see their most important points at just a glance.

Cons

Too many clicks are required which slows down the work a bit, depending on the situation.

Great SaaS ERP for medium-sized companies

Pros

It is easy and quick to set up and very little efforts are needed in operations. Training our new employees in processes is not a hassle, contract management module is great and lastly GUI is clear and can be easily adapted to employee roles.

Cons

There should be more flexibility in licenses. The current license levels are not always suitable, so the larger packages often have to be purchased.

WeClapp can do everything you want from an ERP system

Pros

The best part is that we are able to onboard our new employees quickly. Also the customer support is simply the best and the software has a good API.

Cons

Accounting options can be expanded (Im hopi ng they do it in an update plan).

It is ok!

Pros

Weclapp has a very well-structured interface that allows us to use it properly.

Cons

The process of updating item quantities takes a lot of time which is not ideal in my opinion.

Customer support is the worst!

Pros

The software itself is extremely good. But their team is too bad and not at all professional. They ruined our operations and what not! only one star for them.

Cons

We have no longer had access to our database for 1 1/2 days. Weclapp is not responding and cannot be reached. And Telephone Support has turned off its phone. Our operations have been paralyzed since then and we have suffered massive losses in sales. We cannot send invoices, offers or orders. Also we can't even handle our own customer service.

Simply the best for our business

Pros

Weclapp is designed in a manner that it serves a variety of business needs, ranging from accounting to project management. It turned out to be the perfect tool for optimizing operations and automating routine tasks. I found the user interface fairly user friendly as it made it simple to navigate and use. There are also several integrations available which allows me to connect with both customers and vendors easily. What really stands out is the customer support as I always got quick and helpful responses whenever I had questions or needed assistance. Overall, Weclapp is a solid business tool that provides a broad range of features, helping us streamline our operations and save valuable time.

Cons

Honestly, there is not anything that I dislike about Weclapp.

Weclapp is excellent

Pros

Easy to use

Pros

The software is easy to use, with colorful markers highlighting all the steps, which allow me to follow or find anything that I need. Managing the Helpdesk is also simple now.

Cons

Speed of the email client could be improved and I also think that the email plugin comes with an additional cost.
