“Easy system implementation experience”

Pros

Implementing this system has actually been an enjoyable experience and I found it easy to use while bringing multiple systems together in one place.

Cons

Because of the circumstances, we've had to move through the implementation faster than planned. Jon has been very involved in helping make the system work in real time.

“Simple and easy to learn interface”

Pros

Right from the start, the interface felt very simple and I found it easy to pick up even without strong computer skills.

Cons

One downside is that the search function needs to be much too specific to return useful results. It would work better if it offered suggestions while you type.

“Strong government integration system”

Pros

The integration is a big plus and I appreciate that I do not need to manage separate links with the government portal because the system handles everything on its own.

Cons

Customer support could definitely be better. Aside from that, the product works well and the pricing was affordable too.

“Convenient cloud based platform”

Pros

Using it feels very easy and I find the cloud-based setup especially convenient since I can work from almost anywhere.

Cons

Change is never something people jump into willingly and it's been challenging to pull users away from their regular day-to-day work long enough to get them onboarded.
