Pros

Compared with anything else in the weight loss industry, this software is far ahead of the competition in my view. We needed a feature that could show total sales by patient in a way that actually made sense for our team and they understood exactly what we were asking for. It's currently being developed now.

Cons

We really haven't run into any problems with the software and their rollout plan for new features has been very ambitious, including additions we didn't even realize would be useful.

Pros

The program feels really well thought out and responsive to what users need and I've found the customer service to be superb.

At this point I haven't come across any issues but I'll definitely update this review if that changes.

Whenever our clinic needs anything, the Wiley team especially Will, has been very responsive and attentive to it.

Using this system has been very easy and it's simple to work with day to day. The support team has been outstanding as well, always replying quickly whenever we need help.

The treatment charting still doesn't match all of our needs 100%.

Navigating the software feels very easy overall for me and I find it quite user-friendly. It also gives me a lot of flexibility to customize it based on what I need and how I use it.

At times the payments and invoices section can be confusing especially when trying to edit or make changes.

The platform is very user-friendly in my experience, gives access to lots of data points and keeps the schedule visually simple to read. I also really love being able to check it from anywhere.

One thing that's frustrating is not being able to rearrange resource columns after new ones are added.

Scheduling is easy for me, the interface feels simple and I find the POS system simple to use.

Not being able to rearrange the scheduling columns is really inconvenient. Having to delete each column and add them back one by one in the order you want takes too much time. The app also force closes when searching the client database while booking an appointment which has been very frustrating and slows everything down.

Pros

Whenever I run into a problem or can't figure out where to find a report, I've noticed their support team is there almost instantly and always helpful. The software fits my needs really well, works beautifully and I also appreciate that they keep rolling out new features while genuinely paying attention to customer feedback.

The only downside is that they can't magically add the features I request within minutes of asking.

Pros

Having everything I need to manage and run my business in one system has been a huge plus for me. It keeps all the essential tools in one place which makes staying on top of daily operations much more convenient.

Had to think pretty hard about any downside because nothing major comes to mind. The only small issue is that I used to print my daily schedule to jot down notes and that view doesn't print the way it once did so I had to figure out a different workaround. It's really not a significant problem at all.

Pros

Running my business without it really isn't something I can imagine and I've had a very positive experience with both the platform and with Will. I'd absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a POS solution.

I don't have any complaints. The platform and services are consistently being updated and improved which has only made the experience better.
