“Solid tracking and reporting”
Pros
When our company moved over to YPLM, there was definitely some pushback at first but overall everyone agrees the functionality and real-time data tracking are outstanding. The available reports are excellent and the connectivity is something I really appreciate.
Cons
How challenging the transition feels really depends on your company's process since getting teams to adapt to the new system can take some effort.
