It's really practical for our specific needs and simple to use.

Cons

Managing mobile functions for my large team was tricky, especially when trying to control user permissions like editing or adding events. It was hard to scroll through and find the person to make an admin.

Great support from AllCal's team during our event

Pros

This software was an excellent choice for our event. I truly believe our event introduced a new dynamic to AllCal, and they handled everything seamlessly. We hosted free workout classes over 8 days with multiple events each day, and AllCal was able to accommodate almost all of our requests. Willie from their implementation team was fantastic in helping us resolve a few issues that came up, and Reid from their sales team provided exceptional support throughout the event, ensuring everything went smoothly.

Cons

As with any new tool, we had some growing pains. However I identified a few key areas for improvement and I'm excited to see these changes in the future.

Amazing event management app

Pros

The app is very easy to use and simple. I was able to make updates and changes to events quickly, even on my mobile, which was perfect for last-minute adjustments while on location. The customer support was also very helpful.

Cons

I had a small issue with notifications not appearing at first, but it was a one-time problem. After that, everything has been working fine.

Comprehensive, well-priced solution with top-tier support

Pros

We appreciated the variety of options and the completeness of the solution. Even though we're located on the other side of the world, the support from Allcal was outstanding. The app is also very user-friendly for our customers.

Cons

Some of the app's terminology in the app didn't match ours exactly but the app's high level of customization helped us work around this issue.

So much functionality, great support, but a learning curve

Pros

The app offers a wide range of features, including in-app ticketing and giveaways. The customer support team has been very helpful for us.

Cons

Uploading files and updating the schedule wasn't very easy for those of us that are used to other products. There's definitely a learning curve.

Good communication and fast issue resolution

Pros

Team was responsive and communicated well. While we receive a few issues with the software, they were quick to follow up and resolve them.

Cons

The app wasn't the right fit for my company but I've seen it work really well for some of my colleagues who needed a simple event calendar.

Excellent app for event assistance

Pros

The app made it easy for our customers to engage with the event, and setting it up was a breeze. I especially liked being able to assign images and GPS locations to each scheduled item.

Cons

While the app does a great job of keeping customers connected during events, I would love to see more features for events that don't have a set schedule.

Pros

A fresh take on event programming apps

Pros

Over the past 10 years, we've used various event scheduling apps, but none have been as user-friendly or offered as many features. AllCal provided the best way for our ticket holders to network, and we saw a significant increase in app downloads. The attendance records we gained were invaluable. We're very pleased and plan to use AllCal for all future events.

Cons

I had a small issue with turning off notifications, but Willie from the AllCal team was quick to help via in-app chat, showing me how to toggle them off.

Loved it!

Pros

I'm excited to explore the software more and integrate it into our regular workflow. We're planning to use it with our team of Teaching Artists, and I think it'll be incredibly helpful for them.

seamless event experience

Pros

I had a fantastic experience working with the AllCal team! They were always accessible, friendly, and delivered excellent results. From the onboarding process to the post-event wrap-up, they supported us every step of the way. They worked closely with us to tailor the app to fit our event's specific needs and align with our brand, making the entire experience seamless and efficient.

Cons

At the moment, there's no way to map locations to a show floor map, but I understand the team is already working on a solution. It would also be great if the app could automatically adjust time zones based on the user's location.

Organizing event chaos with ease

Pros

It's a fantastic tool for scheduling a large team across the DFW metroplex. The RSVP function is much easier than dealing with hundreds of emails or Outlook calendar responses. We really love this!

Cons

Notifications don't always come through unless I log in to check, even with pop-up notifications turned on. It's working better on Android now, but it's still not perfect.

A relief to use during a hectic weekend

Pros

The software was incredibly easy to use, which was such a relief during a busy convention. AllCal was definitely the simplest and most easy tool I used all weekend!
