webinar channel that keeps working

Pros

Creating and maintaining a library of recorded webinars has been really useful for me, especially since I can continue promoting them without worrying about expiration.

Cons

Channels is a really great piece of software, although it still has some room for improvement.

perfect tool to engage audiences

Pros

I've found the platform very easy to use and the setup process makes it accessible while still helping me reach engaged audiences.

Cons

One downside is that scaling registrations can be difficult, since many people are hesitant to create an account and that tends to hurt conversion rates.

Running webinars has been simple in my experience and I've appreciated how responsive and helpful the customer service team has been when I needed support.

Cons

There are a few small issues here and there but overall it's still amazing.

reliable webinar reach

Pros

Beyond hosting webinars, I've been able to grow my audience using this platform and I like how easy it is to navigate while managing everything.

Cons

One thing that limits it is the lack of a comment box during live webinar sessions which makes the experience feel one-sided instead of interactive. The audience reach is also quite broad, so it can be less focused when the webinar topic is specific to a certain industry or niche.

creative layouts and helpful results

Pros

Getting started only took me a few minutes and I found it especially helpful during the lockdown period. The layouts feel creative and overall I've had a really positive experience using it.

Cons

The pricing feels expensive so it's not really affordable for a small project. That said, considering the quality and the results we got, it still feels fairly acceptable.

practical webinars for home learning

Pros

Joining seminars remotely has been very convenient for me, especially when I want to learn from home without attending in person.

Helpful webinar reach but clunky UX

Pros

One thing I appreciate is how the platform supports webinar promotion through its own network which has helped me with lead generation.

Cons

Although this application is very helpful for promotion and bringing in leads, the user experience is not very simple.

clear event visuals with too many emails

Pros

Sharing events with partners and clients has been very easy for me and I also like how polished the visuals look when setting everything up.

Cons

Once I accepted an event, I started getting several emails every day about other events I might want to attend. It was frustrating trying to figure out how to stop them and I eventually ended up unsubscribing.

great webinar reach but weak interface

Pros

From my perspective, the platform has strong potential as a webinar tool and I've found access to its subscriber community particularly useful for expanding reach.

Cons

In practice, though, it doesn't quite deliver. The interface isn't very good, the experience for end users is poor and the branding customization options are fairly limited.

Perfect webinar tool for marketing

Pros

Our marketing team uses it to run webinars and overall it has a good set of features that works well for what we need.

Cons

One thing I'd really like to see is a feature similar to GoToWebinar's tracking links. On GTW, being able to generate unique tracking links for different marketing sources was really valuable and that's still missing here.

built-in hr reach wins

Pros

One of the biggest reasons we use it is the built-in HR audience it gives us access to. Whenever we publish a webinar, the platform pushes it out to subscribers with matching interests which is a huge advantage. It feels a lot like having a YouTube channel dedicated to webinars. The platform is simple to work with and it lets you create a library of recorded webinars that can keep being promoted over time.

Cons

It still doesn't offer the same level of flexibility or power as GoToWebinar. There's also about a 30-second delay and the slides have to be uploaded before the webinar starts. If you want to share your screen instead of using the uploaded slide deck, you need to rely on Join.me.
